DEFENCE FORCES MEDICAL INSURANCE SCHEME(DEFMIS)

Membership

1. DEFMIS contributors provide the Scheme with particulars and details of self and his/her dependants as per their Qualifications & Records Card at least 6 months before retirement.
2. The Principal member nominates one spouse and up to four Children under the age of 21 years.
3. Members were allowed to declare and nominate his/her dependants only once(during retirement) and under no circumstances will he/she substitute them with other new dependants.
